Annika Falkengren is the former CEO of SEB (Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken) and former Managing Partner of Lombard Odier Group. She brings extensive experience from banking, finance and corporate governance, and is widely recognized for her strategic leadership, her ability to build strong teams, and her focus on creating long-term value.
Pär Norberg is a former Partner of Nordic Capital where he served as Head of Investor Relations & Fundraising. Over his nearly two decades in private equity, he has gathered deep experience across investing, capital markets and investor relations, with a strong track record of supporting strategic growth initiatives.
Johan Edenström is a Board Member and co-owner of Pejoni AB, the Edenström family's Swedish investment company. As part of the next generation of owners, he represents the family’s long-term commitment to active ownership and value creation.
The appointments further strengthen Niam Group’s strategic capabilities and governance, supporting the firm’s continued long-term development across its investment strategies.
The Board appointments were approved at an Extraordinary Board Meeting on 23 March 2026. Following the appointments, the Board of Directors consists of Håkan Johansson (Chairman), Urban Edenström (Vice Chairman), Annika Falkengren, Pär Norberg and Johan Edenström.
