Office Property in Stockholm
Niam Credit has entered a long-term partnership with a Northern European institutional investor to provide tailored private real estate credit solutions across the Nordic market. The platform focuses on structured financing, including mezzanine and whole-loan solutions, combining institutional capital with Niam Credit’s local sourcing and structuring expertise. As the first transaction under this partnership, a mezzanine financing was completed as part of a SEK 715 million capital structure secured against a prime office property in central Stockholm. The financing supported refinancing and general corporate purposes alongside a senior facility provided by Aareal Bank.
