Håkan Johansson is Chairman of the Board of Niam Group. He brings extensive experience from the private equity industry, with a long international career spanning investments, governance, and value creation.

Håkan previously served as Partner and Member of the Operating Committee at Bridgepoint in London, where he was also a member of the firm's board. His broad expertise and strategic perspective contribute significantly to Niam's continued growth and development.

Urban Edenström is Vice Chairman of the Board of Niam Group and the firm's founder and majority owner. He has founded several companies within the real estate sector, including FastighetsRenting, Newsec, Datscha, Stronghold and Niam.

Urban brings extensive experience in real estate investment, entrepreneurship and business development.

Annika Falkengren is a Board Member of Niam Group. She is the former CEO of SEB (Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken) and former Managing Partner of Lombard Odier Group.

She brings extensive experience from banking, finance, wealth management and corporate governance, and is widely recognized for her strategic leadership, her ability to build strong teams and her focus on long-term value creation.

Pär Norberg is a Board Member of Niam Group. He is a former Partner at Nordic Capital, where he was Head of Investor Relations & Fundraising. Prior to that he worked in the investment team at Hg and in the Investment Banking Division at Citi, both in London.

He brings nearly two decades of experience in private equity, with deep expertise in investing, capital markets and investor relations, and a strong track record in supporting strategic growth initiatives.

Johan Edenström is a Board Member of Niam Group and co-owner of Pejoni AB, the Edenström family’s Swedish investment company.

He represents the next generation of owners and the family’s long-term commitment to active ownership and value creation.
