  • Niam Group

    Fossil-free offices, cars and travel. Net-zero across own operations and value chain by 2045.

  • Real Estate

    Assess all standing assets for CRREM alignment in 2026; calculate embodied emissions for projects over €1m. Net-zero asset owner investing by 2045.

  • Infrastructure

    At least 25% Taxonomy-aligned assets in each new fund raised until 2030. Net-zero asset owner investing by 2045.

  • Credit

    Assess all financed assets for CRREM alignment in 2026 to guide borrower dialogue. Net-zero lending by 2045.

Today, Niam completes the acquisition of Ahlsell’s new central warehouse, located north of Gardermoen, Norway. Delivered turnkey by developer and contractor LC Contractor (Wästbygg Gruppen), the facility represents one of Norway’s largest and most advanced logistics buildings completed in a single construction phase.
