Pontus Sundin is Co-head of Credit at Niam Group, bringing over 20 years of international experience in Real Estate and Debt Capital Markets.
He has a proven track record in building debt platforms, shaping strategic direction, and leading business operations to deliver long-term value for shareholders and investors.
Before joining Niam, Pontus held several senior management positions, including Chief Representative for Helaba in the Nordics, Head of Commercial Real Estate Investment Banking at Nordea, and Transaction Leader at GE Capital.

Emma Jack is Co-head of Credit at Niam Group, bringing almost 20 years of international experience in Debt Capital Markets.
Emma has built a career spanning real estate, renewable energy infrastructure, specialty finance and structured finance. Emma’s track record includes equity investments, junior loans, development and investment-grade loans as well as non-performing loan portfolios.

Fredrik Andersson has over 14 years of experience across Real Estate Investment, specialising in financial management and the establishing and supervision of fund capital structures. Mr. Andersson has held several senior financial management positions, having structured multiple Swedish and Luxembourg funds, as well as strategic involvement with Alternative Investment Fund Managers.

Petra Fagrell has over 11 years of experience within European Commercial Real Estate and Corporate Finance, with a track record of originating and executing bilateral and syndicated loans across multiple asset classes. Ms. Fagrell’s expertise covers both public and private markets, leveraging a global client and investor network, with a particular focus on risk-return metrics.
At Niam Credit, Petra is responsible for the investment team, as well as structuring and negotiating new loans. Ms. Fagrell holds a BSc in Management from Warwick Business School in the UK.
