The project, located in central Skogås, comprises two eight-storey residential buildings with 109 rental apartments and approximately 5,400 sqm of residential lettable area and parking garage.

The property is located within walking distance of Skogås commuter train station, providing direct access to Stockholm city centre in approximately 20 minutes. Skogås is part of Huddinge Municipality and is undergoing continued development, including the modernisation of the local centre and the addition of new housing.
The transaction is structured as a forward funding, with construction expected to start in the first quarter of 2027 and completion scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2028. Niam will finance the development progressively during the construction period, while Bonava will be responsible for the project management and construction delivery.
