During 2025, Niam’s sustainability efforts have included several important steps, such as improved sustainability performance across all platforms compared with 2024, an increased share of renewable energy and more energy-efficient operations, the achievement of its best-ever GRESB results, the introduction of new climate targets and ambitions for Niam Group and its funds, and the upcoming launch of a new IT solution to support sustainability data management and reporting.
