Cecilia brings more than 20 years of experience in performance improvement, organizational development and transformation. She joins Niam from McKinsey & Company, where she spent more than 11 years and most recently served as Director of Global and European Strategy & Operations within the Operations Practice.
Prior to McKinsey, Cecilia held several senior roles within operational excellence and continuous improvement at Ardagh Group and Rexam.
In her new role, Cecilia will be responsible for further developing Niam’s people agenda, supporting the company’s continued growth and strengthening its performance-driven culture and ways of working. As a member of the Niam Management Team, she will also contribute to the company’s broader strategic development.
