Located in Gyngemose Park in Søborg, the property was completed in 2017 and designed by Vilhelm Lauritzen Architects. It comprises 168 apartments totalling 15,677 sqm, primarily three- and four-room apartments. Almost all apartments have a balcony or terrace, and the building opens onto a green courtyard and the area’s lake.
Gyngemose Park is located on the former TV-Byen site and is today a well-established neighbourhood characterised by green spaces, a lake and canals. The area offers easy access to a supermarket, school, daycare facilities and a sports hall, and is just 8.5 km from central Copenhagen, with convenient access by bus, S-train, light rail and the motorway.
