Niam Real Estate and Nordfeldt break ground on 131 rental apartments in Stockholm

The project comprises a total of 7,104 square meters of residential space, with apartments ranging from one to four rooms and kitchen. In addition, it includes a 72 square meter commercial space as well as a garage with parking spaces. The building will be certified according to Miljöbyggnad Silver and achieve energy class B.

Upplands Väsby is a growing part of the Stockholm region with an attractive location between Stockholm and Arlanda Airport. With walking distance to commuter trains, Väsby Centrum, and adjacent natural areas, the location offers good conditions for a sustainable everyday life with access to services.

Construction will begin in June 2026, with completion and occupancy expected in summer 2028. The general contractor is Nexcon and the architect is Kaminsky Architecture.
